What you’ll do:
Work closely with the client to understand their needs, define business and functional requirements, and align expectations. Validate requirements and ideas with stakeholders and users before development begins. Collaborate on product KPIs, roadmap alignment, and feature prioritization.
Write detailed user stories, epics, and initiatives. Manage and prioritize the product backlog. Work closely with technical teams to clarify data models and system interactions. Identify and manage dependencies and risks for delivery together with other team members.
Facilitate the Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Backlog Refinements, while helping the team stay focused on delivering the high value increment. Clearly define and communicate the Sprint goal, answer open questions for the team.
Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee product documentation. Support Go-To-Market activities with Product, Commercial, and Marketing.
What you’ll need:
Understanding of cloud/SaaS marketplace platforms such as catalog, offers, SKUs/plans, bundles, and multi-tier (vendor → distributor → reseller → end-customer) storefronts.
Vendor/ISV onboarding and integration (listing, certification/sandbox testing, catalog sync, and connector/packaging standards).
API-first integration knowledge such as REST/GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth 2.0/SSO, versioning, rate limits, and retry/reconciliation patterns.
PSA integrations (ConnectWise, Datto Autotask, Kaseya BMS, HaloPSA) - subscription, usage, and invoice sync, product mapping, and billing reconciliation.
Billing and rating models, subscription (MRC), usage/metered (PPU), per-seat, proration, taxation, invoicing, and vendor revenue share/payouts.
Automated provisioning and fulfillment (order-to-activation flow, license/seat assignment, and entitlement sync with vendor products).
Subscription lifecycle management: activation, renewal, upgrade/downgrade, suspension, cancellation, and the events/webhooks that drive them.
Reconciliation across the chain (matching vendor → platform → reseller → end-customer charges and resolving billing discrepancies).
