What you’ll do
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, scheduling, pre-screening, interviewing, and extending offers)
- Focus on senior technical talent (Software Developers, QAs, DevOps, etc.)
- Partnership with business to understand and meet the hiring needs
- Provide feedback to both candidates and management
- Attract candidates through a variety of sourcing tools
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and recruitment best practices
- Provide amazing candidate experience
- Collaborate with peers in talent acquisition, people operations, employer branding, etc.
What you’ll need
- Vast experience as a Recruiter within the IT environment in Serbia and the SEE region
- Ability to make quality decisions and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience with ATS
- Experience with the LinkedIn recruiter and AI tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Curiosity for exploring new sourcing methods and continuously improving recruitment processes
- Proactivity and I can do it attitude is highly welcome
