What you’ll do

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, define business and functional requirements, and align expectations.
• Analyze, document, and model business processes, data flows, and system interactions, capturing Aa-Is state and defining To-Be process models using appropriate techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts...).
• Create and maintain data models, entity-relationship diagrams, and system interaction maps to support requirement clarity and technical alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure clear scope and feasible implementation.
• Write clear user stories, epics and initiatives, capturing complex business logic into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate the Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Backlog Refinements, while helping the team stay focused on delivering the high value increment.
• Identify and manage dependencies and risks for delivery together with other team members.
• Collaborate on product KPIs, roadmap alignment, and feature prioritization.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years in Business Analysis or hybrid PO/BA roles.
• Prior experience working with complex, enterprise system modifications and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of BA tools and deliverables: process models, user stories, decision logs, functional specifications, data models, and ER diagrams, etc.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear, structured, and audience aware.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum
• Familiar with product lifecycle management concepts, discovery processes and MVP thinking.
• Technical curiosity and ability to talk to engineers in their language.
• Experience working with technical teams, APIs, integrations, and platforms.

Nice to Have

•  Background in technical system integration, orchestration, or software development
•  Familiarity with SIM/eSIM technologies, IoT services, SIM lifecycle management, offer management, and telecom product catalog structure.
•  Understanding of key telco processes such as SIM ordering, SIM Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Rating, Billing...
• Comfortable in participating/facilitating technical solutioning sessions with architects and senior developers
• Ability to work with data models, ERDs, and system architecture diagrams to support end-to-end understanding.
